Our Services

Mediation is an efficient and cost effective form of dispute resolution in which an impartial third party mediator assists the parties in resolving their disputes and/or litigation. Mediated dispute resolution can help the parties achieve resolution while avoiding the expense and uncertain result of a civil trial or arbitration.

Murray Mediation Services will set up the pre-arbitration conference, issue any preliminary rulings, facilitate the exchange of documents and, if necessary, book and coordinate the venue. All decisions will be rendered in a timely manner.

Currently, we are booking half day mediations for online/virtual only.  Full day mediations may be booked for in person or online/virtual.

Arbitration inquiries, mediation bookings and courtesy holds can also be made via email (
